Booking + scheduling
- Use the 60-second quote form on /quote. Brandon will text you a fixed-rate price within one business hour. If you'd rather call, the number is (605) 679-7269.
- No — most clients give us a code or hide a key. We can also work around your schedule. Tell us in the quote.
- Standard turnaround is 3–5 days. Same-day or next-day are possible with a small rush fee.
- Yes — text us 24+ hours before and we'll skip it. We don't charge for cancellations with notice.
Pricing + payment
- Yes. We quote a flat rate based on your home, not an hourly meter that ticks while we work. The price you see is the price we charge.
- Square footage, number of bathrooms, pets, frequency, and any add-ons (inside oven, inside fridge, windows, etc.). Each is itemized in your quote.
- Card on file, charged after each visit. We email you a clean receipt.
- Yes — GreatLife members get a free deep clean when starting recurring service, plus 10% off any one-time clean. Mention it in your quote.
What we do (and don't)
- Floors, dusting, kitchen counters and appliance exteriors, bathrooms top-to-bottom, trash out, beds made. Full checklist on the Routine package page.
- Yes for Grand Reset (deep clean) and Next Chapter Clean (move-out). For Routine, it's an add-on.
- Add-on. We can wash, dry, and fold linens — quoted separately.
- We don't, but we partner with a trusted carpet cleaner and can refer you.
Trust + safety
- Yes — fully insured and bonded. We'll list your home as a Certificate Holder if you need proof.
- Every cleaner is background-checked before their first visit.
- Yes — that's our whole pitch. We track who cleans your home and re-assign the same person.
- We bring eco-safe products by default. Tell us in the quote if you have allergies, scent sensitivities, or product preferences.
