- Yes — most of our post-construction work is direct with GCs. We invoice the contractor, the developer, or the homeowner depending on what you set up.
- Usually two: a 'rough clean' partway through, and a 'final clean' before the CO walk. Some projects only need the final. Tell us at the quote and we'll scope.
- Yes. We bring HEPA vacuums, tarps, and protective floor coverings. We don't risk scratching the new tile.
